For 2019 Sam Tordoff moved across from the Ford Focuses of Motorbase to the Honda Civic Type R's of team AMD. Sponsored by RCIB insurance the cars look fantastic and showed real pace. Sadly the only thing lacking for Sam during the season was luck!
With some cruel mechanical interventions sadly blighting his championship challenge. But as ever his speed has always been strong and within the BTCC he is always a contender.
