Sam Ang from Singapore Foodie came to interview and film us at Hobby Bounties on Monday 15th June 2026.  He was accompanied by his colleague, Queen.

We asked why us as we don’t offer food, and was informed that they are diversifying into lifestyle.

He asked how we started and what we offered hobbyist as they are not familiar with our products of Airfix models, Hornby trains and Scalextric slots cars. He liked our Star Trek & Battlestar Galactica models hung on the shop ceiling.

Julian Dewan, Lester Poh and I set up the Scalextric track to demonstrate this hobby, and they filmed the various cars performance on the tracks. We also demonstrated our car repairs and how to clean the Scalextric cars.
