Welcome to January 2024! It is the year of the Dragon!
December 2023 came and went very quickly. We had our Boxing Day party on Tuesday 26th December 2023 which went very well. Here are some of the party photographs.
Then there was the last monthly gathering on 30th December 2023 before we ended the year.
2024 is the 80th anniversary of D-Day. We will be the theme of our National Airfix Aeronautical Model Engineering Competition 2024 set for the end of the year.
Next month will also be the bi-annual Singapore Airshow 2024 from 20th – 25thFebruary 2024.
We have brought in quite a few Corgi die cast models this year. They are mainly buses, and planes such as the Corgi 1:76 Route Master buses and 1:72nd Boeing B-17G.

We continue to build up our sci-fi models range with the MaK models from Hasegawa and Wave.

Next month, we will also have fellow modeller from our Skype group, Tony James, who will visit us on Friday 16th February 2024, and Chris Pocock on Saturday 17th February 2024.
