It is a good end to 2025, we had our annual Boxing Day party on 26th December 2026. We had all the Christmas festive food including a full turkey, Christmas puddings, and Abby’s famous and delicious trifle.

We celebrated the 50th anniversary of Morgan Hobbycraft Centre on 31st January 2026. We had a Champaign toast and food. Razali Ahmad presented me with his drawing of me thanking all our customers for 50 years of support. That drawing now stands proudly on our window display. Another unusual build is Lester Poh’s Nitto SF3D models.

We had our Lianhe ZaoBoa interview on 13th February 2036 by Lilia Yeo and her photographer Vincent (whom we found out is a ship modeller). Suresh Nathan volunteered to be interviewed as the original customer from the days when the shop opened in 1976 with Jennifer Chua running. I also thank Victor Wong and Yee Soon Tuck for volunteering to be interviewed as customers of the shop.

We wish everyone Gong Xi Fa Cai for the year of the fire horse.

We are closed on the Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th February 2026 of Chinese New Year.

We open as usual on Thursday 19th February 2026.
